[Photo] "One-stop solution from lab safety to chemical purchase management!"On September 13, SERVEONE, a leading MRO solution provider, held the ESG X Lab Safety Innovation Seminar at the EL Tower Gold Hall in Yangjae, Seoul, and launched LSP (Lab Safety Partner), its new chemical safety management platform. At the seminar, SERVEONE introduced trends in ESG management and the expected benefits of their new solution. The seminar was attended by over 90 representatives from 25 major pharmaceutical companies, including Hanmi Pharmaceutical, GC Biopharma, and Celltrion, demonstrating a great deal of interest.Companies with labs and research facilities are busy coming up with action plans in response to the Chemical Substances Control Act and Act on the Registration and evaluation of Chemical Substances. On the 14th, SERVEONE (CEO Kim Dong Chul), a global MRO solution provider, announced its launch of LSP (Lab Safety Partner), its new chemical safety management platform, that provides one-stop solution by integrating procurement and inventory management for labs and research facilities. On September 13th, the company introduced their new solution at the ESG X Lab Safety Innovation Seminar at the EL Tower Gold Hall in Yangjae, Seoul. The seminar was attended by over 90 representatives from 25 major pharmaceutical companies, including Hanmi Pharmaceutical, Celltrion, and GC Biopharma, etc. demonstrating a great deal of interest in the paradigm for ESG innovation, lab safety guidelines, and the expected benefits of LSP. Chemical management is crucial to the safety of personnel at a lab and research facilities, and it also has significant impact on costs. There is a growing need for a more focused approach in dealing with increasingly more stringent ESG standards and regulatory requirements. However, it is difficult to keep up with the latest regulations and guidelines, not to mention the common problem of inefficiencies in inventory management and increased costs due to redundant purchases. First of all, LSP supports automated system management of chemical data. Previously, the chemical data of reagents was managed by manual input. With the new platform, the data of new purchases or inventories is automatically registered and managed. It also automatically classifies and analyzes substances that need to be managed separately under the laws and regulations, providing updated properties and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for over 700,000 types of materials. Furthermore, the chemical inventories, usage trends in the laboratory, and reagents to be disposed can be checked at a glance, allowing its users to make informed decisions on repurchase. Since the purchase history is converted to the organization's integrated management system instead of an individual's, it improves the efficiency of management and administrative processes in addition to lab safety processes. "We have been working on LSP for over two years based on the data and expertise we have developed by providing R&D solutions to over 80 pharmaceutical companies and 220 corporate clients that operate labs," said Jang Tae Soo, Team Leader of SERVEONE's R&D Solution Sales Team. "With LSP, they can save hundreds of millions of won on developing their own platform and build an effective integrated management system for procurement and lab safety."
