SERVEONE has established a system to protect the reliability of its business and comply with the requirements of information security laws and certification schemes. Our tireless efforts to maintain integrity and reliability as our top priority in information security include internalizing information security ccountability and conducting regular reviews of information security management in the workplace.
Information Security Structure
Considering information security as a top priority, SERVEONE has formed its information security structure of a policy, standards, procedures, and forms, and guidelines. The Information Security Policy defines the basic rules, responsibilities and discipline applicable to employees and external stakeholders. The Information Protection Secretariat reviews the policy annually, and the Information Security Committee meets to discuss, announce, and implement revisions as needed.

Governance For systematic information security management, SERVEONE has appointed the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), who leads the Information Security Secretariat, relevant teams and information security managers. The Information Security Secretariat plans, coordinates and supports the company's information security activities, establishes relevant policies and provides regular training.

Certification On October 17, 2020, SERVEONE obtained the ISMS certification for its information system operation for MRO online procurement outsourcing in accordance with Article 47 (1)of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. Since then, our certification has been renewed annually by accredited supervisory agencies under the Information and Communication Network Act. We will continue to strive to proactively respond to business security issues and customer information protection.
