Safety and Health
Management Organization
SERVEONE maintains a centralized safety management organization that continuously monitors business site compliance with safety regulations. Following contractor or subcontractor accidents, we conduct thorough root cause analysis to support the development and implementation of effective corrective actions. In accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, we have established a safety and health management system by appointing a Chief Safety and Health Officer, safety and health managers, and supervisors at each site.
Hazard and Risk
Elimination and Reduction
SERVEONE works to eliminate potential hazards identified through weekly routine inspections, quarterly joint inspections, and ad hoc risk assessments. We also collect and address on-site concerns from employees of contractors and related subcontractors through monthly council meetings and QR code reporting systems. In addition, we faithfully implement follow-up actions based on statutory inspection results under the Occupational Safety and Health Act as well as other relevant regulations, including those related to fire safety, electricity, and construction.
Occupational Safety & Health Prevention Activities
SERVEONE prevents serious accidents such as worker collisions by deploying forklift safety equipment and AI-based CCTV, and strengthens its on-site safety management system, including for external personnel. It also prevents heat-related illnesses in summer through IoT-based temperature management and the expansion of rest areas.
In addition, by regularly conducting emergency response drills, firefighting-facility inspections, and joint inspections with relevant agencies, SERVEONE continuously enhances its capabilities to prevent and respond to fires at logistics warehouses.
